Sales / Business Development Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve sales target according to budget
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Establish and maintain exceptional lines of communication with management and peers.
Requirements:
- University Graduate (S1) with Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering is preferred but not required
- Male or Female
- Maximum age is 35 years
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales or marketing preferable
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Computer literate is a must
- Good English for both conversation and correspondence is a must
- Willing to travel
- The ideal candidate should have:
o Strong motivation with an excellent history of sales performance within the oil and gas industry or similar.
o Experience with face-to-face sales presentations for small to medium sized businesses
o A strong work ethic and a competitive instinct to win
o Charisma! A natural ability to develop and build relationships
o Excellent Organizational skills and strong time management skills
o Have an established network within oil and gas and associated industries
o Previous Valve or process plant maintenance knowledge, this would be a distinct advantage.
