One of our client, a well-known European Multi National Company in documents and packages handling services, is seeking a professional for its Indonesia operation based in Jakarta with the following tasks/criteria:

Technical Support
Qualifications :
- To administer the deployed servers, desktop and computing devices to ensure optimum performance with consistently high standards with respect to IS service delivery, capacity, availability, data quality, timeliness and security
- Degree in IT
- To manage local servers, desktops and computing devices requirements and to support local applications in accordance to SLA; support and manage Datacentre, Computer rooms
- To escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with servers, desktops and computing devices
- Implement and manage the server equipment including tuning of the operating system for maximum performance.
- To administer all servers and associated data and database management systems.
- Excellent in communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Good soft skills for business user interaction
- Technical expertise in:
- Courier and imaging scanners; other Ground Operations and service centre equipment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Unix Operating System, TCP/IP and other protocols
- Various types of network switching equipment
- Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Mail Clients, Anti-Virus software
- 3-5 years experience in a technical support role
